The association HELLO LILLE has been entrusted by the European Metropolis of Lille to deploy the strategy of attractiveness of the territory and to animate the Hello Lille brand.

This Internet Portal is edited by the MEL but its management is ensured by the association HELLO LILLE, represented by its President, located at 299 boulevard de Leeds in Lille.

Any problem or malfunction affecting the Internet Portal must be submitted to the HELLO LILLE association which ensures the technical and operational management of this Site.

Personal data processing, right to access, correct and erase

The personal data collected on the site result from the voluntary communication of an e-mail address when submitting an e-mail message. The e-mail addresses thus collected are only used to transmit the information requested.
The HELLO LILLE association keeps the e-mail addresses confidential for a period of 13 months.
The collected e-mail addresses will not be the subject of any transfer to third parties, nor will they be processed by the Hello Lille association.
Traffic data is only used to analyse the frequentation of the information pages in order to improve their content. The data relating to the navigation of visitors are not used in a nominative way. They are aggregated statistics allowing to know the most and least popular pages, the preferred paths, the activity levels per day of the week and per hour of the day, the main client or server errors...

The privacy of correspondence sent over the internet is not guaranteed. Every user is therefore responsible for the content of their correspondence.

In accordance with article 34 of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information, files and freedoms, you have the right to access and correct your personal data.

In 2006 the CNIL removed the requirement of a specific declaration for internet sites. Showcase websites which are institutional and non-commercial are exempt from the declaration on condition that they meet exemption n°7.

Access to administrative documents

To answer your requests for administrative documents, the Hello Lille association has appointed a responsible person that you can contact via the contact form " Contact us ".

Legal provisions

The various elements of the website (form, layout, background, structure ...) are protected by design law, copyright, trademark law, as well as image rights and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part unless expressly authorized by the association Hello Lille.

Any person not respecting these legal provisions shall be guilty of the offence of counterfeiting and shall be subject to criminal sanctions.

Copyrights

This website is a work of which the Métropole Européenne de Lille is the author within the meaning of articles L.111.1 onwards of the Intellectual Property Code.

The photographs, text, logos, pictograms, and all other work integrated into the site remain the property of the Métropole Européenne de Lille or a third party that has authorised the Métropole Européenne de Lille to use them.

The reproductions, transmissions, modifications, reuses, either on paper or by computer, of the site and these works are only authorised for reproduction for personal and private use in accordance with article L 122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code.

These reproductions must clearly display the source and author of the site and/or the multimedia works.

Under no circumstances must the reproduction harm the rights of any third party.

Reproduction, transmissions, modifications and reuse for publicity, commercial or information purposes in whole or in part, are strictly prohibited.

The databases are protected under the law of 1st July 1998 and the French copyright regime.

Linking to the site

The Métropole Européenne de Lille authorises hyperlinks to its website from all websites except those which diffuse controversial, pornographic, xenophobic or might, more widely, offend the greatest number of people.

The link must reach the site’s home page and must open in a new window.

Except with express authorisation to be awarded on a case by case basis, direct links to internal pages are not allowed.

The request to establish a hyperlink from another website must be made by email to the webmaster’s email address.

The request for the establishment of a hypertext link from the site must be made by email to the mailbox of the webmaster.

In any case the Métropole Européenne de Lille reserves the right to request deletion of a link if it considers that the website does not respect the rules set out here.

Links to third party sites from the site

The hyperlinks on the website towards other websites and/or personal pages and generally towards all existing resources on the internet shall not engage the responsibility of the Métropole Européenne de Lille for the links that they contain or for the content, changes or updates made.

Cookie management

This site uses Google Analytics, a Google tool that analyses internet audiences and allows website and application owners to understand better their users’ behaviour.
